Personal Fitness Training Fees:
1 on 1 Personal Training – 1 Hour Sessions:
$35.00 per hour/4 session minimum at my location
$45 per hour/4 session minimum at your location
2 People Per Session: $25 per person
Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice or you will be charged
for that session
At Home Programs Available with meal plans starting at
$160.00
My 1 on 1 personal training sessions are based me helping
you reach your Fitness Goals.
A Fitness Assessment will be conducted during your first
session.
Group Fitness Classes:
Boot Camp:
I teach group Fitness classes that consist of a full body (Boot Camp) style workout.
The classes are small yet intense and you can work at your
own pace with me pushing you. The
classes last about 35 to 40 minutes with stretching.
Come Join me for some fun; $8.00 drop in fee.
Kettlebell AMPD:
Newly Introduced is Kettlebell AMPD Classess that will be forming in January 2020.
I am a certified Kettlebell AMPD instructor. Come join in on the new craze and get a great workout.
45-60 minute class.
